There is not a lot waiver wire gold left at this point in the season. I've got some recommendations, but if you've made it to week 15 of the fantasy playoffs, are you really in a position where you'd start Alex Smith or Arrelious Benn? If you're reading this, I trust you're still alive in the playoffs, so congratulations! And if you need some waiver fill-ins, here you go!
Ryan Torain (WAS RB)
Torain came back with a bang and undoubtedly retook his starting job from Keiland Williams. Torain had 182 yards and embarrassed Tampa Bay's defense. Torain is owned in less than half of leagues so make him your top priority if he's available (definitely drop your Tashard Choice's and James Starks's for Torain). Torain gets pretty nice matchups against Dallas and Jacksonville in the next 2 weeks. You may have noticed that Dallas made LeSean McCoy look like a star and Jacksonville sure made DMC look like a star. Here's hoping they do the same for Torain!
Alex Smith (SF QB)
Smith also retook the starting job with a bang, throwing up 255 yards, 3 TDs, and no interceptions. It seemed like every drive for the Niners went like this: 3 yards for Westbrook, 3 yards for Westbrook, surprisingly impressive 3rd down conversion by Smith. If you need a QB, Smith should get the job done, maybe not this week against San Diego, but certainly against St. Louis and Arizona in the final 2 weeks.
Jason Campbell (OAK QB)
How about the other bay area QB? Campbell finished with 324 yards, 2 TDs, and zero interceptions. I never thought I'd say this about a 21st century Raiders QB, but Campbell had a perfect passer rating at halftime. Best of all, Campbell gets to face Denver's miserable defense this week. (then Indy and KC.)
Arrelious Benn (TB WR)
Benn absolutely burned the Redskins secondary with 4 catches for 122 yards, and added 17 rushing yards. Mike Williams just wasn't getting it done with all sorts of drops, and Benn may have earned a bigger share of the targets going forward. Do Detroit and Seattle scare you over the next 2 weeks? Benn could light them up.
Rashad Jennings (JAC RB)
Jacksonville has figured out a winning formula: run, run, run. To establish an effective running game, you really have to stick with it to tire out the defense. Jacksonville is able to effectively rotate MJD and Jennings to wear out the opponent. Jennings has put together a nice string of games with 11, 11, and 18 fantasy points. He could easily keep it going against Indy, Washington, and Houston coming up.

How about Kevin Boss since Manningham and Smith are out?
How about Aaron Hernandez in the match-up vs. Green Bay since they play man coverage?
What about Kerry Collins? I have Rodgers and need to find a replacement for him. I like both Collins and Campbell. Both have tremendous upside this week.
